The penalty scored by Oginni Olatunbosun in the 65th minute was enough for the Ajilete Warriors to beat their visitor's from Lagos Ottasolo Fc in the Nigeria National League match week 17 clash at the LAUTECH Sports Complex, Ogbomoso on Saturday evening.

The encounter had gone goalless in the first half with Crown Fc domination but the tactical changes effected by Coach Anthony Encho in the second stanza changed the scope of the game with an improved cutting edge.

It was a derby match for the Ajilete Warriors and a return of Oladunni Oyekale against his former club in his hometown.

After a goalless half-time score with many attempts by the Ajilete Warriors, Anthony Encho's boys grabbed the much needed win courtesy of the team penalty taker, Oginni Olatunbosun.

Reacting on the overall assessment after the match, Head Coach Anthony Encho told Crown FC Media that the delay tactics by the away side affected the spirit of his players. 

"It was a tough game, a derby match. Ottasolo Coach had worked here before, so everyone is excited to see the ability of the coaches and players. We didn't play up to 30minutes at the first half, their goalkeeper was just falling down so it really affected the spirit of my players and they lost concentration and we also find it difficult to get a goal at the first half, I'm not happy with the first half performance." said Tony Encho.

"At the second half, I told the players to display our style of play because we need to score and win. There is need for us to work on our finishing and make sure we keep scoring goals and concede less. The league table is tight and goal difference might count at the end of the season."

Crown FC next match is against Go-Round FC and Anthony Encho also assured supporters and fans of positive results.

"Our next match is against Go Round Fc, it won't be easy because they are among the contenders on the log, so we must make sure we get something good next weekend. I know how they play and what it entails, by the special grace of God, we promise to get good results.
