The Anthony Encho tutored side were in their best form on yesterday in one of the Group B2 matches of NNL fixtures as they defeated Go-Round FC  by 2 goals to continue their impressive form at home.

Oginni Olatunbosun opened the scoreline for the homeside at 12th minutes from the spot to seal the first half of the game for the Ajilete Warriors.

Coming back to the second half, the Ajilete Warriors was tormenting as Dennis Meshack with a promising attacking moves. And at the 75th minutes of the game, Oba Karatu doubles the lead for the Ajilete Warriors from a calmly and decisive move from Dennis Meshack.

"For me our opponent were not a weak side, they had a plan and the plan was to keep the ball and counter it but my boys stood against their plan" Coach Tony said while reacting to 

the victory.

Commending his boys for their wonderful display, he noted a constructive and strategic approach they have applied to the team to improve the cutting edge had culminated into another goal scored in the match.

"Any player can score from any position. If you look at our last game away from home, we were able to score a goal and with what we did in training, we were able to scored two goals without conceding". The tactician who applauded the match officials for their ethical conduct.

Crown FC will be travelling to Lagos to face Ottasolo FC of Lagos in their match week 10 game and the Ajilete Warriors are poised to grab the maximum points on the road.

The team has now amassed 11 points from the last 7 games in the Group B2 of the Nigeria National League Southern Conference.
