I'd Rather Have More UCLs or Copa Americas Than Another Individual Prize ~ Messi
The Barca striker talked about his future after picking up his sixth Ballon d'Or.
"Reassure the people of Barca because I can leave at the end of the season? People know me and know that there are no problems with that issue.", said the Argentine.
"What I feel towards Barca goes beyond any signature and any paper. It's one more thing about how I feel and I want to be fine while I'm at Barca."
He has also insisted that "individual awards are not my goal, I always said it, and I repeat it, but they are a very nice recognition for what they mean."
"It is a joy for my classmates. I would rather have some more Champions Leagues or some more Copa Américas, before another individual prize."
"But it is special because it grabs me in a special moment of my life, very happy personally and being able to share it with my family is a pleasure."
"I hope to play many more years, but I'm on my way to 33 and it depends on how I feel physically. Today, thank God I feel very well physically and better than ever, on a personal and physical level."
